Unrestricted Exam Times – spend as much time with your physician as needed regarding any medical or other issue which you need consult.

House/Office Calls – if medically necessary, your physician will come to you to perform routine exams for acute illness. 

One-on-One Counseling – counsel for any physical or emotional problem, including specific disease state, nutrition, exercise and stress management.

Annual Routine Physical Exams and Health Risk Analysis – thorough wellness exam and extensive medical review and analysis.
